Consulting and Coaching

Since 1984 I have been working as a professional mentor and coach to software development organizations.  My goals are to help companies achieve higher levels of productivity.  I work with clients to transform their processes to efficiently deliver software that satisfies their customers. I assist teams in understanding impediments to success focusing on inter-team and intra-team dynamics.

My specific approach involves:

• Assessing development practices
• Developing strategies for improvement
• Mentor and coach teams in transition
• Provide feedback as solutions evolve and situations change

I have worked with teams from a variety of corporate environments, from a three person start-up to multi-national organizations.

In 2000 I co-founded and and Host the annual AYE Conference.

Training and Workshops

As part of my consulting and coaching, I’ve developed and presented several different workshops. These workshops cover topics such as Agile Foundations, Retrospectives, Systems Thinking, Personality Types and Temperaments, and Problem Solving to name a few.
